Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a gifted actor, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk was the daughter of a Briton and an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. As a child, she played in commercials for a number of companies. Anna moved to Toronto, Ontario, to pursue her acting.
