Amy Smart has been a model, actress and a former American. Amy Smart, born and raised California USA began her modelling in Italy. Her first role as an actor was in the TV movie Her Costly Affair. From there to starring as a supporting character in the movie Starship Troopers she struggled very difficult. Amy was unable to make the transition from modeling to acting, as models aren't usually thought of as good actors. They are usually given smaller or unimportant roles. Amy did not give up. Her first big roles were in The 70s followed by Varsity Blues. In 2005, Amy took on the lead role in the romantic comedy Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds. Amy was finally recognized for the role she'd been looking for since the age of 10. She did some big films within the Crank trilogy alongside Jason Statham. And she had a part in a series of recurring roles on the Shameless series.
