Stephanie Sigman, a Mexican-American actress. Her breakthrough role was in the 2011 Mexican crime-drama film Miss Bala. She also appeared in Pioneer (2013) and Spectre (2015). Sigman was in Narcos (2015) as well as S.W.A.T.(2017) in the first and second seasons, respectively. Sigman was born to her Mexican mother and an American father, Lee Sigman (a New York Yankees Scout from Kansas) as well as a New York Yankees Scout from Kansas, who were both born in Ciudad Obregon. Through her father, she's an U.S. citizen. Her brother was a professional baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman, was previously married to actress Barbara Mori Sigman began her career appearing on Mexican television before making her film debut in Rio de Oro. She played the principal role in Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala) in the film, which is a Mexican crime drama. The film was selected as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 84th Academy Awards.[7][8] However, it did not make the cut. 9.
